Attorney Profile
Lead Employment Counsel
“What you know is limited, and what you don’t know is limitless.”- Tom Brady
Clyde Hovsepian leads the employment litigation practice at Sasooness Law Group. A graduate of Southwestern Law School, Mr. Hovsepian built his career on a foundation of hard-fought civil litigation — years spent representing individuals harmed by the negligence, misconduct, and bad-faith practices of much larger adversaries. That trial-driven mindset, honed across a wide range of personal injury matters, now anchors his work on behalf of California employees facing discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage-and-hour violations.
Mr. Hovsepian handles employment matters for workers across industries: warehouse laborers, restaurant staff, healthcare workers, technology professionals, and long-tenured managers — in claims spanning the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, the Labor Code, whistleblower and workers’ compensation retaliation statutes, and the Private Attorneys General Act. He manages cases from pre-litigation demand through mediation, arbitration, and, where necessary, trial, and he is known for rigorous fact development, disciplined case theory, and settlement outcomes that reflect the true value of the injury his clients have sustained.
Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Hovsepian served as a law clerk at Sasooness Law Group, where he immersed himself in the mechanics of complex litigation. He carried that same discipline into his early years as an attorney handling personal injury cases, including product liability claims, fraudulent and negligent misrepresentation actions, and negligence claims involving special duties. Today, he applies the same investigative depth and adversarial edge to the employment side of his practice, building cases that hold employers accountable and give workers the leverage they need to recover.
Mr. Hovsepian’s approach reflects a simple conviction: employment cases are rarely just about a paycheck. They are about the loss of livelihood, the erosion of dignity in the workplace, and the failure of institutions that were supposed to protect the people who built them. He fights every case with that understanding in mind.
