Rosana has a passion for helping others. She has over 10 years of experience in customer service from her background in retail and working for government agencies. It is through her time as a state employee that she discovered her passion of helping others. She is a very compassionate and empathetic person who is always willing to lend a helping hand. She is a very well-organized and committed person who will help ensure her clients are taken care of to the best of her ability. 

In her spare time, she likes to spend as much time with her husband and children, creating fun and lasting memories.
