Edward started working for the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company in 2008.He was able to display professionalism toward work and his colleagues, thanks to his extensive experience handling various accounts. He is adept at adapting to a fast-paced atmosphere, as well as controlling his scorecard and ensuring that it is in line with his team’s objectives. He’s also good at offering excellent customer service, ensuring that this customer’s needs are addressed. Edward, being the family’s breadwinner, makes it a point to prioritize his work over everything else.

Edward enjoys staying at home and watching animal documentary films in his spare time, and he also enjoys cooking!
